Creation of a 4-stars ecolodge and off-grid hotel

L’objectif de ce projet d’architecture commerciale était de réhabiliter et agrandir une maison pour la transformer en hôtel 4 étoiles haut de gamme, durable et 100% hors réseau (off-grid).
Une nouvelle idée de l’hôtellerie
Implanté dans un parc naturel, à quelques minutes de la plage, cet hôtel / ecolodge offre une expérience 100% hors réseau pour une immersion exclusive au cœur de la nature.
En collaboration avec ses partenaires, les propriétaires sont engagés dans une démarche environnementale forte visant à limiter leur impact et partager les ressources.
Cette démarche éco-responsable, associée à un service ultra-personnalisé et un tourisme doux, procure une atmosphère inédite et un luxe durable.
Au sein de ses hébergements de luxe et insolites, cet ecolodge propose des séjours 4 étoiles avec une vue panoramique sur la nature.
Un projet éco-responsable
Tout le projet a été conçu dans base éco-responsable. Tous les choix d’aménagement ont été faits dans l’objectif de limiter l'impact carbone et environnemental.
L’extension des bâtiments a notamment été confiée à l’entreprise Alvéobois qui réalise des constructions zéro béton avec des murs faits en carton recyclé avec une forte dimension d’inclusion sociale.
Un hôtel 100% hors réseau (off-grid)
Le domaine produit sa propre électricité renouvelable grâce à des panneaux photovoltaïques. L'eau produite sur place est rendue potable avec un traitement biologique.
Quant à l'assainissement des eaux usées, une méthode écologique a été mise en place: la phyto-épuration.
Des matériaux locaux et éco-responsable
La volonté de créer un établissement hôtelier dans une démarche de développement durable s’est également manifestée au niveau du choix des matériaux et du mobilier.
Les bois utilisés proviennent d’essences européennes, issus de productions locales. Les peintures sont bio.
Le carrelage pour le sol et les faïences sont d’origine française. La majorité du mobilier utilisé à été chinée chez des brocanteurs de la région, notamment le mobilier des chambres (chaises et les tables de chevets).

An Eco-Responsible Project
The entire project was designed with an eco-responsible approach. All layout choices were made to limit carbon and environmental impact.
The extension of the buildings was entrusted to Alvéobois, which constructs zero-concrete buildings with walls made of recycled cardboard, emphasizing social inclusion.
A 100% Off-Grid Hotel
The estate produces its own renewable electricity through photovoltaic panels. The water produced on-site is made potable through biological treatment.
For wastewater management, an ecological method has been implemented: phytopurification.
Local and Eco-Responsible Materials
The aim to create a hotel within a sustainable development framework is also reflected in the choice of materials and furniture.
The woods used come from European species, sourced locally. Paints are organic.
Floor tiles and ceramic tiles are of French origin. Most of the furniture used was sourced second-hand from local antique dealers, including bedroom chairs and bedside tables.
